The London Enneagram Centre provides a forum for learning about the Enneagram and to exchange news, ideas and insights. We offer Enneagram classes and workshops in London, and through associates in Winchester, Manchester, Norwich, St. Albans and South West England. 

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. It also goes beyond this, giving us a path to help us relax the grip of these now outdated patterns and to lead a freer, more fulfilled life.

We bring the Enneagram alive via the Narrative Tradition, where exemplars of the types speak for themselves. All levels and schools of Enneagram study are, however, welcome.

Intensive Growth Journey
10-14 April 2026, Hillscourt Conference Centre, Birmingham.

This 5-day residential training is for anyone who knows their Enneagram type and is interested in learning more about themselves and the other people in their lives. It is part of the Foundation Programme that leads to a professional qualification as an Enneagram Practitioner in the Narrative Tradition.

The London Enneagram Centre was founded in 2002 by Rosemary Cowan and Paul Cowan, Certified Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition. Rosemary and Paul teach the Enneagram internationally and present papers and workshops at Enneagram conferences.
